Daccs values privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data relevant to your access to and use of the website.
This privacy statement describes how Daccs processes your personal data and which rights you have. Daccs is the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data described in this privacy statement. All personal data is collected, processed and secured in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Daccs processes the personal data:

- People who make a contact request via the website (“Contact request”);
- People scheduling appointments with the sales department through the digital meeting portal (“Sales appointments”).

All personal data we process is lawfully obtained and will only be processed to the extent we have a legal basis to do so. Daccs does not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which your data is collected. If possible, personal data will be pseudonymized.

With third parties that act as processors for Daccs, we have entered into a processor agreement that provides that they will only process data in accordance with the Daccs’ instructions.

If possible, personal data will be pseudonymized.

Your personal data will only be stored or processed outside the EU/EEA by us or by third parties if this is in accordance with the applicable regulations for the transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. This means that we will only transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA if the European Commission has decided that the third country in question guarantees an adequate level of protection, or if other appropriate safeguards are provided, such as an adequacy decision or the use of unmodified standard contractual clauses that have been approved by the European Commission.
